You might be wondering why I’m writing this on a beauty blog - but it’s something we as women need to address. You know what I’m talking about right? Yes, how to stop sweat.

You’ve probably experienced this before - you put on your make up - a couple hours passes, it’s a hot day - and suddenly your make up is becoming that tiny bit runny - and it’s uncomfortable.

It’s caused by facial sweating - yeah, you know what I mean.

As well as messing up our makeup, it’s just a source of embarassment. No one likes walking around with sweat marks on their chest, back, or underarms.

Fortunately for us, excessive sweating is one of those things that isn’t too hard to cure. If you want to stop hand sweat, here’s how…

So easy in fact, that there are certain natural procedures that you can undergo at your own home, using cheap materials which, along with some common sense, can take you most of the way to reducing your sweating for good.

The first thing ladies, is you have to wear the right clothes. There’s a fine line between fashion and comfort, but unfortunately, when you’re a sufferer of excessive sweating, you have to lean that tiny bit more toward the comfort and HEALTH side.

Obviously, the natural fibers are going to cause you the least drama. Cotton is better than polyester, but for those of us wearing business shirts or office attire, that’s not an option.

Guarding yourself from too much sweat can be done by using an aluminium based deodorant. There aren’t many available for women, but Rexona is a good start.
